Why get a New Home Inspection?
Purchasing a home can be an emotionally charged event filled with hopeful dreams and sometimes disappointments after moving in. The builder says they already had the home inspected or the city has already inspected the home.  Did you know the average city inspection official spends less than 15 minutes checking over that home?  Do you really think he/she checked over the home from roof to foundation?  Not A Chance!   A Home inspector like myself will find dozens of missing items, problems, or faulty workmanship, critical to the construction, structural integrity, and longevity of the home.  We work for YOU, not the the home builder!
